Half Kneeling Arm-Action Drill

This drill is a basic and fundamental drill I use and revisit to teach and sharpen arm action while sprinting/run. This drill requires no equipment and can be done virtually anywhere.

Athletes can generate twice the amount of power with proper arm movement during a sprint. This is the first and easiest step of learning to run faster. 🏃‍♂️💨
