Re-Vitalize is a Postpartum 1:1 Online Coaching Program built to help women heal and recover fully from child birth.

The first month part of the program simulates rehab with it’s sole focus on regaining fundamental strength, especially in core and lower body.

The second month is focused on building foundational strength.

With the third and final month of the program, our goal is to begin to push outside of the comfort zones to begin maximizing the efficiency of our training sessions!

By re-establish health habits, figuring out how they fit into our day-to-day schedules with baby. (i,e. step goals, sleep goals, workout days, etc), using nutrition coaching, sleep tracking, and meditation to catalyze recovery, mental health, and physical health, Re-Vitalize will be exactly what you need to “bounce back” after having your child.

This program includes:

  1. Customized easy-to-follow at-home and/or gym workout programs accessible through our fitness app on your phone or tablet device

  2. Nutrition Coaching includes shopping lists, recipes, meal planning, and accountability checks ins

  3. Customized mindset and habit coaching to compliment your physical training.

  4. Weekly Virtual Check-Ins with your Resilience Coach

  5. Customized Online Prepartum Yoga Classes

  6. Educational videos to help you through prepartum health and fitness

  7. Access to Exclusive Facebook Support Group

  8. 24/7 support from your online health coach
