The Resilience Megathon will be a fun way to test your body and mind! Here's the challenge:
Log into the Resilience Virtual Group Training Room
Complete a 2 Mile Run,
50 Dumbbell Squats,
40 Push ups,
30 Weighted Sit Ups,
20 Renegade Rows/Each,
& 10 Burpees!
You can complete the tasks in any order you wish but you will have to complete all tasks to be eligible for the WINNER'S BOARD and the CHALLENGE GRAND PRIZE!
