Resilience Fitness Megathon

The Resilience Megathon will be a fun way to test your body and mind! Here's the challenge:

  • Log into the Resilience Virtual Group Training Room

  • Complete a 2 Mile Run,

  • 50 Dumbbell Squats,

  • 40 Push ups,

  • 30 Weighted Sit Ups,

  • 20 Renegade Rows/Each,

  • & 10 Burpees!

    You can complete the tasks in any order you wish but you will have to complete all tasks to be eligible for the WINNER'S BOARD and the CHALLENGE GRAND PRIZE!
