Starting April 26th 2021!

60 Days 'Till Summer is a fitness challenge hosted by yours truly, Coach Mike! For 60 Days (8 weeks) We will stick to a custom Resilience Training low fat diet as we complete a daily workout challenge in addition to our Virtual Resilience Fitness workouts! The person who has the greatest % change in BF in addition to the highest program compliance % will receive a $300 prize! Oh, and btw... Coach Mike will be doing it along with you! Registration ends April 24th!
