The Playbook by Resilience Training is a mental fitness program for young athletes that aims to help them explore their identity, clarify their goals, learn to overcome obstacles, and develop healthy, sustainable habits that support their mental well-being.
The Playbook components include habit training, journaling, daily motivational media, mindfulness practices, and life coaching calls. Developed by sports performance coaches and psychologists, this program addresses a vital component often neglected in the development of youth athletes.
A training program that is focused on both mind and body, will strengthen the person inside of the athlete, giving them the edge on the field, and in life.

Individual 1:1 and Coach Lead Video Group Talks.
Group talk, even anonymous talk, can be less intimidating and yet very effective for young athletes. This will provide our athletes with a supportive environment with peers who are facing the same pressures they are. In these groups we will discuss relevant topics and give athletes the opportunity to share their personal experiences.
The Playbook™ comes with a customized mindfulness and fitness program. With exercises such as focused breathing and EFT Tapping, we teach our athletes techniques to relieve stress. With a strength and conditioning program, we coach our athletes how to exercise to physical health and performance.
